• Maintenance of common areas (e.g., roundabouts, park, entrances, signage, and landscaping)
• Liability insurance for the association and common spaces
• Administrative costs, including mailings, recordkeeping, and legal filings
• Neighborhood improvements and beautification initiatives
Invoices for annual dues are sent electronically in March with an unique payment link for the property address.
