Liens are filed at the end of the year with an additional $100 admin fee and $30 Pulaski County filing fee.

Owners assume full risk of delay, loss, or theft of payments sent via USPS.

• Liability insurance for the association and common spaces
• Administrative costs, including mailings, recordkeeping, and legal filings
• Neighborhood improvements and beautification initiatives
